Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit issues new call for Chronic Non Communicable Diseases to become a national priority



Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has issued a new call for Chronic Non Communicable Diseases to become a national priority.
His call came during the 10th inaugural meeting of the Trafalgar/Shawford /Fondcanie Village Council in Trafalgar last night.

He encouraged the people of Trafalgar to concentrate on preserving the environment.
The Trafalgar, Shawford,Fondcanie Village Council elected Shadina St Jean as its new chairperson.

Other councilors are Bobby Frederick, Marvin Hector, Kim Eli, Abra Lee Jones, Deacon Laronde, Janita Hector Charles and Niah Bruno.
Meantime, Minister for Community Development and Culture Gretta Roberts has told the new council to develop projects which will bring direct benefits to residents.
