Gay Pride On Display In Brazil


News Americas, RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil, Mon. Oct. 10, 2011: Some 700,000 people took to Copacabana beach in Brazil Sunday to celebrate gay pride.

The gay pride parade featured Gay men, lesbians and cross-dressers in Carnival costumes, loud music from more than 15 sound trucks and rainbow flags.

It was the 16th annual parade in the city.
