Former Test Cricket Umpire Billy Doctrove celebrated his 5Oth anniversary as a member of the Dominica Cricket Umpires Association

A call for Dominicans to appreciate and celebrate people’s success.

The call came from Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit last night during a ceremony at Fort Young Hotel in which former test cricket umpire  Billy Doctrove celebrated his 5Oth anniversary as a member of the Dominica Cricket Umpires Association

Mr. Skerrit says  Doctrove who was made a goodwill Ambassador will be recognized further by the Government.

Family, friends, and well-wishers both here and abroad were present to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Billy Doctrove as a member of the Dominica Cricket Umpires Association.

The Hunter performed a tribute to Billy Doctrove at last night’s celebration.
